Wash Club
Yes you can! Since our clubs are accessed through a QR code, we don’t need to limit our customers to one vehicle because of an RFID tag or license plate scanner. You just use the same email and password on any device when you want to get a wash. Only one person can be logged into the app at one time, though. So, depending upon how often you share it, you may have to log back into the app frequently. Memberships can be used two times a day.
You don’t need to register all the cars you want to bring to QuickBrite. We only need one primary car on file. We don’t care what car you bring – you just need to be able to log in to the app.
You’ll need to download our app onto your mobile device from whichever app store you use – Google or Apple. You can also purchase them onsite at the payment kiosk – you’ll be sent a text message with a link. This link will walk you through all the steps to finalize your membership.
Just send an email to support@quickbritecarwash.com. We will change your wash club level for you.
You can do that right in the app. Just choose “wash clubs” from the home screen and you’ll see the option.
App Usage
Are you sharing your wash club with someone else? If so, only one person can be logged into the app at one time. When someone else logs in, the other person is kicked out. So, how often you need to login depends upon how many people use your wash club.
Sounds like you need to connect to the customer-dedicated QuickBrite Wifi. The login information is always on the kiosk. Once you log in the first time, the WiFi should automatically load for you when you need it.

No. The QR code isn’t bright enough to scan in dark mode.
Yes, a password needs one upper, one lower, and a numbe and a special character, like the “$” symbol.
Yes, absolutely! Just send an email to support@quickbritecarwash.com with the last four digits of the care you used.
Billing/Financial
Yes! Just email support@quickbritecarwash.com and let me know. We can put you on a billing hold and reinstate your membership whenever you’re ready. That way, you don’t need to set up a new wash club account.
It’s likely you have an expired card on file. You can go into the card on the app and update the information. You will have to repurchase your wash club with the new card.
Our wash clubs don’t bill by calendar month. If you signed up on the 13th, for example, your wash club begins today, but will be billed on the 13th of every month. We go by billing date, not calendar to provide the full month of service.
Wash Operation
It is 7 feet.
The soft-touch bay uses neo-glyde foam rollers to wash the cars, not brushes. But, if you’re concerned about your car’s finish, you can always use the touchless bay.
The rollers that surround the car get caught in the rear hitch and cause the equipment to shut down.
